We operate 365 days a year, aiming to produce the finest
conventional and organic mushrooms. |

Over the years we have expanded steadily, and now have three farms
in the UK including an historic cave farm, and one farm in Holland. |

Unlike some of our competitors we grow, pack and, using our sister
haulage company, Bannisters, transport all our own produce,
offering complete traceability to our customers. |

Recent publicity has identified mushrooms as one of the 'superfoods',
providing a nutricious cocktail of vitamins, minerals, proteins,
fibre and anti-oxidants. |
